Up until last week, the weather was turning quite comfortable in Calgary; sunny skies, warmer temperatures, and not a bit of snow in sight. So of course I started daydreaming about gardening, hot summer nights, and having to shave my legs regularly. That all came crashing down this past weekend when the snow started up again, and has not let off since, but I already committed to a Mother Nature based theme for my monthly CBC segment, even though I am currently pissed at MN herself.

On Tuesday, I reviewed Eden Robinson’s Son of a Trickster and Katherine Arden’s The Bear and the Nightingale, you can listen to the recording here. I also spoke about how excited I was for next month’s column which is all about cats!!!
