Yikes, I’m a day late on this one. Yesterday was a crazy day, so although I read the short story (ate the chocolate) and filmed the video, I never had time to upload it. So, here it is, a day late but you’ll see why during the video! Thanks to everyone who’s hanging in there with me, I’ll upload Day 17 later today.
Okay, some funny notes:
#1 when you’re looking for the chocolate box and I see it before you, I’m all “Top right! Look up, Anne!”
#2 am I the only one mad that the chocolate calendar has, like, 3 kinds of chocolate and that’s it??
#3 turn the duckie on your tree around. He’s backwards and it makes him sad.
#4 I have never not commented on the advent calendar posts 😄
#5 why is the story named something about a machine?

#1 It’s probably because I’m not wearing my glasses, or I’m just having trouble reading all the numbers/letters
#2 I’m mad about it too, which is why I won’t be purchasing this calendar again

#5 Towards the end of the story, the piano teacher calls the protagonist a ‘tremendous machine’ because of the crazy amount of practicing she doing 🙂

#4 was a double negative. Get it Anne? Ha ha. Yes, the OCD in me was saying “turn the duck around on the tree” also. Now I can relaaaaax. 😉😉
hahaha ok point taken! Sometimes it’s hard to reverse those double negatives, but I’m not a published author 🙂
Yeah, I think the chocolate selection box is a big disappointment! I sooooo agree about writers complicating things just for the sake of it – great rant!
