Holiday Advent Calendar Unveiling: December 25!!!!
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!!!!
If the title of this book is confusing, the subtitle will make everything clear: A Collection of Soho Crime Christmas Capers. As you can see by the cover of the book, it’s all about ‘Christmasy’ stories of crime, and who doesn’t love to read a holiday-themed book at this time of year? There are 18…
So now that I’ve scared all male readers off with the title of this book, I can speak to the women directly. Some of you may be wondering why a book like this is necessary-haven’t all ‘vagina-related’ questions been answered by now? Surely by 2020 we can’t have much up for debate, but that depends…
I’ve been chatting about books on CBC Calgary’s afternoon drive home show for about 10 years now, so I’ve gotten a clear glimpse behind the curtain of live radio. That being said, there’s A TON I don’t know about this industry, and the inner workings on the morning show here are still a mystery to…
Once again Barbara J. Taylor has NAILED IT with her historical fiction. A few years ago I reviewed her first book Sing in the Morning, Cry At Night, which I really enjoyed reading. She has now released a sequel called All Waiting is Long, which is just as good, if not better. It continues with the…

Hershey’s Kisses are uniquely associated with Christmas for me, since I always got them in my stocking as a child, and so I’ve eaten quite a lot of them this month, ha ha! That big one is intimidating! Do you cut that with a knife? :)
glad to hear!
oh no, I just smashed it like the animal I am haha
I’m very impressed that you made it to the end! Good to see you smiling! I really should buy the advent calander myself, but I just get so little reading time around the holidays. But I suppose I don’t *have* to read them on the right days…
I think I have a couple of O, Henry stories around here – I should read them sometime! :)
Happy 2018!!
Thanks, Happy New Year!
