  1. Isn’t it funny how popular stories like this have become, whether on the screen or in podcasts or on the page? We seem to take delight in how much one person can hide from another person, even while personally abhorring that very situation! Forgetting that it could happen to us, too.

    1. it very much feels like voyeurism for the first half, but the second half is almost a completely different book, so many readers will be disappointed by that, but I think many bookish folks will appreciate the intelligent turn it takes.
