  2. Breathing is so important! And we don’t think about it and tend to breathe shallowly and through our mouths. I read that James Nestor book about breath and it really made me rethink how I breathe.

    1. Ohhh, I really loved that Nestor book: it was life-changing for me. (It’s not self-help though, in case that makes it sound like it is.)

      I like how you’ve found advice here that works for you, Anne, even though you’re not quiiiite an elite athlete!

  3. I might need this book because I started getting nervous about interpreting in chapel last semester when normally I’m calm. It’s not even the audience, it’s about keeping up.

    1. This book definitely wouldn’t hurt! The breathing exercises she suggests are super easy to remember too
